At Voltnic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please review the policy below to ensure a smooth and quick process.
Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

All original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice must be included

The product must not show signs of damage, wear, or misuse

The packaging must not be opened, altered, or tampered with
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance

Customized or personalized products

Earphones, earbuds, in-ear accessories, and hygiene-sensitive items

Products that have been used, installed, damaged, or misused

Items missing original packaging or accessories
Exchange for Defective Items
Exchanges for defective products are accepted only for manufacturing defects.
This does not include defects caused by:

Improper usage or incorrect installation

Power surges or electrical damage

Accidental damage or negligence

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Normal wear and tear

Failure to follow product care or usage instructions
All defective items will be inspected and verified before approval.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange:

Contact Voltnic Customer Support within 7 days of delivery

Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for exchange

Follow the exchange instructions provided by our support team
Once approved:

Exchanges are subject to product availability

If the requested item is unavailable, you may exchange for another product of equal value
Exchange Shipping

All items from a single order must be exchanged in one shipment

Exchange shipping costs will be covered only when using the courier service recommended by Voltnic

Unauthorized courier returns may not be accepted
Policy Abuse
Voltnic reserves the right to limit or refuse exchanges if excessive or repeated exchange requests are identified, or if misuse of the policy is suspected.
