Warranty Coverage

The Voltnic warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage conditions.

If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, Voltnic may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product (subject to availability)

  • Exchange it for another product of equal value

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper use, incorrect installation, or misuse

  • Accidental damage, drops, impact, or liquid exposure

  • Power surges, voltage fluctuations, or use with incompatible devices

  • Normal wear and tear over time

Products showing signs of physical damage, burnt components, or water damage are not eligible for warranty claims.

Warranty Claim Process

  2. Provide your order number or proof of purchase

  3. Share images or videos of the issue if requested

  4. Follow the instructions provided by our support team

All products will be inspected before approval. Warranty decisions made by Voltnic are final.

  • Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser

  • Warranty is valid only within the United Arab Emirates

  • Accessories bundled with a product may carry a separate warranty period

  • Data loss during repair or replacement is not the responsibility of Voltnic
