Shipping Returns

DELIVERY

Voltnic will deliver your order to the shipping address provided during checkout. Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed in AED before payment is completed.

Orders are processed from Sunday to Thursday, excluding Fridays and UAE public holidays.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or provide instructions for collection, depending on the courier’s service policy.

Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days

SHIPPING DETAILS

  • Delivery Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Sunday to Thursday)

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Sunday–Thursday) are processed within 1–2 working days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed within 2–3 working days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

CANCELLATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Voltnic, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide a smooth, transparent, and reliable shopping experience.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.

  • If the order has not yet been processed, we will attempt to cancel it.

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, the request will be treated as a return and handled according to the return policy below.

RETURNS

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, boxes, accessories, and invoice must be included

  • Products with opened, damaged, or tampered packaging may not be accepted

  • A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, earphones, earbuds, and in-ear accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, even if unused.

NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products showing signs of use, installation, damage, or misuse

  • Software-related issues or compatibility concerns after opening

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Returns for defective products are accepted only for manufacturing defects. This does not include damage caused by:

  • Accidents, power surges, or improper use

  • Negligence or misuse

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Failure to follow usage or care instructions

Items returned in a damaged or soiled condition may be rejected and sent back to the customer.

Warranty Coverage

If the product is covered under warranty:

  • Defective items may be replaced at Voltnic’s offline stores, subject to availability

  • If a replacement is unavailable, you may exchange for another item of equal value

Returns received outside policy conditions will be returned to the customer.

RETURN SHIPPING

To ensure a faster and smoother return process:

  • Please return all items from one order in a single shipment

  • Return shipping costs will be covered only when using the courier service recommended by Voltnic Customer Support

POLICY ABUSE

While we strive to offer a fair and customer-friendly return experience, Voltnic reserves the right to refuse future orders if excessive or repeated returns are identified.
